Founded in 2002 under the name of The Human Element by Behaviorist and Grant Writer Juliano Jarquin, the life style of Tribal Leadership has experienced him a new lease on life. The Human Element had since transitioned to being known as THE (The Human Element) Passage when returning to Los Angeles California in 2012 where the services and solutions blend the skill sets of Psychology, Strategic Management, Personal Development and Tribal Indigenous practices. Juliano’s success practices came from his studies with such mentors and personal instructors as Dr. Stephen R. Covey, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Coach John R. Wooden, to name a few where he fuses academia adult learning practices which engages the corporate sector by including principles influenced by Napoleon Hills Best Seller “Think and Grow Rich” and organizational and personal development assessments. His modalities also includes contemporary strategic leadership and management training to empower corporate professionals and participants of all ages and backgrounds.
